Rise and Grind

This amazing, full-body workout is designed to build strength and lean muscle mass through resistance and interval training. We incorporate shorter, higher-intensity intervals with active recovery techniques, allowing your body enough “rest” time to push your intensity while maintaining perfect form.

Sculpt and Burn Express

Join our “Sculpt and Burn Express” circuit class for a 45-minute high-energy workout blending strength training and cardio bursts. Target every muscle group with timed stations led by certified instructors. Get ready to sculpt lean muscle, ignite your metabolism, and leave feeling empowered!
